Look! A сырок (cyrok).
These things are the best. You take some sweetened tvorog, cover it in chocolate, and put it in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
I assume everyone knows what chocolate glaze tastes like, so I won't describe that, but I shall describe the taste of the tvorog filling. Imagine sour cream frosting, but the texture is much more pleasant. Like how you would imagine a cloud would feel before you knew it was made of water.
Anyway, when I go to the grocery store for fruit and bottled water (can't be getting that giardia) I occasionally get one of these lovelies because a) they're awesome and b) they're only 16 rubles (30 cents).
