Happiness be National Pierogi Day 2022 a six pack of Bacon Taters w Onion's and Sour Cream Wowed. I added a link of Smoked Polish Kielbasa chopped up to stuff pcs inside Pierogi. Yes it's a fun delicious treat you need to try. The grandkids took over just after Covid, grandson a very talented chef and his wife Katie a superstar runs the front of house. They added some exciting new items and special flavors of Pierogi. I crave several times per year the Polish Soup Czarnina gets its name from the Polish word for "black"—czarny—referring to the soup's dark color. It is typically made with duck blood, dried fruits, and vinegar which prevents the blood from clotting, giving it a sweet-sour flavor, much loved by Eastern Europeans. They add jumbo Raisins and thin Spatzle Noodles a whole bowl on the cheap very best ever eaten WOW. She had the Famous Hungry Pole Plate a little of everything with Polish Creamy Cucumber outstanding. Ms Katie has added fancy cocktails for the young crowd in Wyandotte. Truly excited to see what the next couple decades bring. Old school cool with many of the classic dishes. Polish duck blood soup, depending on region of Poland is called “czernina” [chehr-knee-nah], “czarnina” [char-knee-nah] or sometimes “czarna polewka” [chahr-nah po-lev-kah], which means black liquid/black soup. Absolutely my favorite around Metro DETROIT on the menu daily. She had the Mixed Polish combination only 10 bucks at lunch time be Pierogi, Polish Sausage, City Chicken, Cabbage n Soup Delicious deal. Me the largest Weiner Snitzel around town 2 huge pcs perfection every time. For our Free Pazcki one Jelly n Custard. Me have fun stuff that Farmers Cheese Pierogi inside the Custard Pazcki OMG what have I done faboulus. Friday Fish Fry doesn't get any better year round with Duck Blood Soup. Outstanding selection of Fish for 10 bucks got lightly Breaded Perch some of the very best ever with a bread basket Spatzle Noodles and Polish Cucumber n Onions OMG FABULOUS.
