my take on: chaotic academia
- staying up until 3 am because you need to read that book and write that essay
- not cleaning your room for several days until you realize that you’re out of coffee mugs, so you finally do the dishes
- if you have long hair: in a messy bun / if you have short hair: tousled and unbrushed, but if you juxtapose it just right you look sexy
- ink smears all over the palm of your hand that can get on your face if you’re not careful
- a desk cluttered with pens and quills. to anyone else, it looks unorganized and messy, but you are able to find what you want right when you need it
- baking cookies at 2 am because you just feel like it!
- slightly rumpled clothes. you either wear really nice blazers or thick sweaters
- sleeves rolled back to your elbows to maximize arm mobility, as you scribble through your work
- struggling with procrastination because even though you want to finish the work quickly, you just get caught up in something else instead-
- books everywhere! some on your bookshelf, piles all over the floor, and some flipped over on your desk.
- listening to music all the time. you probably have multiple playlists categorized by your mood that you can pull up at any time.
New Blog Alert!
Hey guys!
So I made a side-blog to keep myself more organized (because I am a bit too organized at times). It’ll will be exclusively for Art and Stories by tumblr creators. I’ll be using a tagging system, including the original artists’ name and tags appropriate to the piece. I’ll reblog my own stuff there occasionally, but for the most part its for all the great art I see that I really wanna share (and share again)!
It’ll be a great blog to follow if you don’t want the clutter of funny reblogs/quotes/memes etc but still want to see the amazing creators we have here!
