HOW TO START THIS ? her first day of classes had been a weird one. going to public school was not the same as being home schooled, that was for sure. jane slides onto the couch next to her father, pulling at her sweater sleeves anxiously. maybe he wouldn’t ask. maybe he would just forget she had actually went out and interacted with people and the subject would be dropped. that’s what she was praying for, honestly.
