Compassion - Essential to Life
Sometimes people are not very compassionate with themselves. People don’t rest when they are tired, and neglect their basic needs for sleep, food, and exercise as they drive themselves harder and harder. I started watching a movie about the Dahli Lama and it's so good! Adorable man. So full of knowledge! Very interesting to watch
90mgs of 5-APB, 40mgs of dexedrine, and 8 hours later...
and digitalgonzeaux and I decide to throw 30mgs of DiPT into the mix and watch Sun Ra: Space is The Place. Later today we are headed to a Tibetan dance party to celebrate the Dahli Lama's Birfdeyyyy. Initials notes on 5-APB: Nice calm euphoria and empathogenic opening. Hits me in waves and warm rushes. Would like to push the dosage higher next time.
