10 year Dailey Anniversary

Ok I've already posted enough about the 10 year POM movie anniversary but wanted to do this because I was also feeling nostalgic. So I gave myself a prompt of what the life of my Dailey ship would look like 10 years later/after the events of my fic "Normal" and "Normal 2", which took place immediately after the movie, so here it goes...

Octo Corp eventually created a Foundation called the Octavius Brine Foundation, which distributes to organizations and research that preserves aquatic life and care of our oceans.

Dave learned how to file taxes as a result.

I am no longer an HR (never was LOL) but would presently be a Grants Administrator for the OBF.

The TV show Dave created at the end of "Normal 2" is known worldwide, and he's akin to the ocean animal kingdom as Steve Irwin was to the animal kingdom in general.

We semi monthly get harassed by the sushi chef, whom can't seem to stay in prison.

Dave's jealousy of cute penguins and animals isn't as intense anymore, but he'll still get flashbacks and I'll have to console him. After a bit everything is okay (he's also in therapy).

Nobody has found out he's an octopus other than myself and the chef... let's hope it stays that way until Dave thinks it'll ever be a good time to tell everyone the truth (probably not).

Dave spent 6 years atoning with the North Wind by doing community service on a bi weekly basis. This was supposed to be a longer sentence but he was being such a good boy that they let him off early.

We travel the world with priority to document all the worlds many beaches.

I haven’t drawn anything for this fic in a HOT minute, but because I’m revisiting it I wanted to doodle these two for some pandemic era nostalgia <3
