It should be liberating, energising and empowering" ~ @erwanlecorre @naturalmovement - My morning movement routine is 33 minutes with breathwork, meditation, twists, mobility, hanging and handstands. This gets me read ygg for anything I come across in the day. - 2 x per week, on Monday, Thursday mornings I an extra 20 - 30 minutes of HIT/Functuonal/VO2max/Fullbody training. This includes hill sprints, quadrapedal movement, ring work, weighted carries, MMA strikes, and swimming when neer water. - 1 x per week I have myself a nice long adventure run ending in a tai chi session. - If it is a trying week and all is tough to do I ALWAYS do my 33 mins. - The rest of the day I am going through as many different movement patterns as I can. Playing games, doing work, resting, etc. - We do not stop moving because we get old.
