Unpopular opinion: I hate how Daini sounds. Who told the voice director to make Daini and Aki share the same va? Because Vincent’s Daini voice is SO FUCKING BAD. I would have preferred if they got a different va for Daini, hell, I wouldn’t mind if they got Cristina Vee to do Daini’s voice.

Aki: OK you don’t have to shout at me! *goes to another isle* There’s more soup.

Aki: There’s just more soup.

I confess, I’ve never actually drawn him before! So I guess this was a good enough time to. Poor little angry child, let him have a nap and a cup of hot cocoa or something.

My headcanon for Daini's mini is that he's always had one like Aki with Mega Mini, but Daini's Mini doesn't speak. He's mute. He's taken on multiple names in his time. Daini used to call him Firefly and hid him from Sgt. Night because, well... Firefly was his only friend at that time, in that place. When Daini's Mini met Mega Mini, he didn't know how to introduce himself since he can't speak, so Mega Mini simply called him "Buddy". The two of them became pretty tight-knit in contrast to Aki and Daini's... reunion.

At one point, Aki asks Daini, "So, if you also have a Mini, does that mean his name is..." He snickers, "Taini? ...Get it? 'Tiny'?? But it rhymes with 'Daini'???" Daini simply replies flatly, "No, that sounds stupid." But everyone goes along with it and that's just his name forever now.

Mini asks Taini, "So ya like your new name?" Taini nods, smiling. "Yer not gonna let Daini change it?" Taini shakes his head with a little snicker. Mini smiles, "I figured."
