Looks fancy right? But it’s just a fruit fool, one of the easiest desserts ever. I put it on a fancy plate. Fruit fool is a mix of mashed fruit with sweetened whipped cream. That’s it! I gave this “Simmered Strawberry Fool” an extra boost by cooking the fruit for a few minutes and adding some balsamic vinegar. Recipe is in the profile and on my blog.
