Gluten Free Milk Bread - Brioche - (Dairy-Free)
This is an easy and tasty gluten-free and dairy-free bread recipe that is great for people who have to follow certain diets. Being able to make this bread at home is simple, and it tastes great.
Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup tapioca starch. 2 tsp xanthan gum. 1 tsp salt. 2 tsp active dry yeast. 1 1/4 cups warm water 110F / 43C. 2 tbsp honey. 2 tbsp olive oil. 3 large eggs. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Mix yeast, honey, and warm water in a bowl. Allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until it foams up. All-purpose gluten-free flour, almond flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk. Add the olive oil and apple cider vinegar to another bowl with the eggs and beat them. Combine well. Mix the yeast and eggs together and then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix it together until a sticky dough forms. Put the dough in a 9x5-inch loaf pan that has been greased. Use wet hands to smooth the top. Put a damp cloth over the pan and leave it somewhere warm for about an hour to rise. Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Three to four hours of baking, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. The bread should cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then it should be moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Cut up your tasty gluten-free dairy-free bread and enjoy it!
