I found this incredible interview on Youtube last night.
Some highlights:
Adam having a kind of fit when Chris said he got the part of Shooter because Dennis Dugan really wanted him for it. When he got a chance to speak, Adam said 'Dennis DID want you, but I heard there was an INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS GUY in Thelma and Louise, and I WATCHED it, and I was like 'he IS incredibly gorgeous, I want him in the film with me''. Chris jokes that people/Adam meant Brad Pitt and Adam was like 'NO, I was like 'I don't know what people see in that Brad Pitt', it was YOU, you were SO BEAUTIFUL'
Talking with genuine happiness on their faces about the first time they met up, before shooting started, and had something to eat together
Chris was apparently slightly annoyed Happy would be a violent guy who'd intimidate Shooter, because Chris is SIX FOOT THREE, and didn't think that was likely. Unfortunately Happy had that main character energy and he had to deal.
Chris says his favourite scene to shoot was the one in the bar, and Adam said it was his favourite too, or at least one of his favourites. Because Shooter and Happy could finally confront each other, rather than circling each other in annoyance
They both really want to get out golfing together <3
They both really want to do Happy Gilmore 2 with Happy and Shooter on the senior tour <3<3

Well, I think I’ve always really enjoyed the fans, I always will. On my dying day, I will think about how great the fans at Indiana were. And as far as the hierarchy at Indiana University at that time, I have absolutely no respect whatsoever for those people. With that in mind, I have no interest in ever going back to that university.
