She used to be CokeBottleK on FFnet which is where her Jily fics are posted. She’s kattyshack on AO3 but her fics there are strictly GoT/TWD so you won’t find any Jily there. Kat hasn’t written for that pairing in years and doesn’t plan to start again, which I guess a lot of super entitled people have taken really badly because she has been subjected to no end of bullshittery from them (and from some Jonsa shippers). Which is infuriating. Some people really need to let go of this idea that other people owe them something.

i always think this is Strange as well, because i was raised catholic, too, and my takeaway from this (as was taught to me via my particular church — and i think each parish has SO MUCH to do with it), is that “only god can judge me, yeah, but he’s gonna do that based on how i’ve treated all of his children.” like, people take this phrase way too selfishly, when what it’s really about is how you treat others, and how your behavior affects them but like... tl;dr just don’t be an asshole, ffs, what even is the point of that
yeah there are sooo many other rules people seem to LOVE to skip over like “do unto others,” “love as i have loved you” blah di blah di blah... and it’s just so??? idek.
sometimes i just really want to tell some of these people: yeah sure only god can judge you whatever you want... but considering how much of a twat you are choosing to be in your earthly form, it’s pretty bold of you to assume he’s going to have anything nice to say.

001. theonsa bc that is my hyperfixation rn and i want to know EVERYTHING
when I started shipping it if I did: season five babey!!!! i have been able to think of almost nothing else since the moment i saw them leap from the ramparts, if not before!
my thoughts: rambling and incoherent mostly lol. their love would have been the softest, sweetest, and purest thing on the entire gd show. they deserved that happy ending and so did i.
What makes me happy about them: that they had each other when they needed it most, that they saved each other, that they got the chance to reunite before it all ended
What makes me sad about them: that they never got the chance to really fall in love and be together.
things done in fanfic that annoys me: okay so this isn’t specific to fanfic and it’s not something i’ve really seen recently since theonsa has gotten so much bigger after season 8 but back in the day i feel like a lot of people engaging in theonsa fandom were throbb shippers who just kinda saw sansa as an extension of robb and that always made me super uncomfortable.
things I look for in fanfic: i like a happy ending, canon is depressing enough as it is. and, at least recently, i have preferred canon-setting fics as opposed to modern au’s.
Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: i don’t really know about theon. i don’t really have another ship for him. but i was super into sansa/margaery back when they were spending time together in king’s landing.
My happily ever after for them: alive, together, in winterfell. sansa as queen in the north and theon as her hand or maybe a member of her queensguard or maybe just her royal consort i don’t care about the title so long as he’s at her side, where he belongs.
who is the big spoon/little spoon: depends who’s having the nightmares that night, i suppose. i think theon is usually the little spoon, though.
what is their favorite non-sexual activity: in the totally canon ending where they both survive and live happily ever after ruling the north together? well, winterfell’s library may not be what it used to be after the fire and the boltons and the war but there are still plenty of books to be found, books of poetry and songs and legends. sansa likes to read from them in the quiet hours and theon likes to listen to the sound of her voice. sometimes she passes the book over and makes him read because she also likes the way his voice sounds. sometimes they swap different stories, tales and myths old nan used to tell them as children, trading off line-for-line, word-for-word as they remember together.
