Ohhh, my dear, BEAUTIFUL bellydancers (and other performers who put videos online)!!!  LOOKIE LOOKIE!!  Some of y'all may already know this space, but-- I just found the Free Music Archive, and they've got a HUGE selection of WORLD MUSIC we can play with- and dance to- LEGALLY!!  And ONLINE!! XD  (Which means if you choose one of these for a performance, YouTube WON'T silence your video for having copyrighted material!! XD)  WOOT WOOT!! *happy shimmies*  (And even if you -don't- dance, if you're a performer who's doing other public appearances of any kind, or you're a youtuber/vlogger who just wants to use some cool music in their backing soundtrack, this is also a -great- resource for you!)  And PODCASTS!! Ohhhh my stars.. the PODCASTS!!! XD  *bounce bounce*  Of course, they've got lots of other "regular" kinds of music too; Blues, Jazz, Dance, Pop, etc.  But for those of us w/more.. exotic tastes n' needs, this is a GOLDMINE.  

I'm not saying it's gonna have your favorites on there (as I've not explored it fully yet, and I'll fully admit I'm woefully uneducated about a vast array of Eastern musicians old n’ new- which I DEEPLY need to rectify ASAP), but I HAVE seen some “Turku” there, which I adore.  And this site DOES have pages and PAGES of Middle Eastern music, which means there’s LOTS of music to explore!! XD  (And that's JUST their ME music- rather than having only 1 or 2 crappy MIDIs on a whole site that’s BRIMMING w/other stuff.  -Or finding one good piece and the rest being something that’s poorly made or dreadfully mislabled.)  So to me y’all, this place is just.. UH-MAZING. XD  It's often -so hard- to find LEGAL ME & World music ANYWHERE, no matter WHAT your purposes (whether it's public performances, podcasting or making videos about any number of things), so this is a total joy! ^_^ ♥♥♥
