When Mulder forwards her an an email from Frohike with an attached video of what appears to be a winged man falling from the sky in flames, Scully knows she’s in trouble even before her partner appears in the doorway with a smug smile on his face.
"He survived," Mulder says, pausing to crack a sunflower seed between his front teeth as he pointedly eyes the cross around her neck and raises his eyebrows, "seems kinda like a miracle, wouldn’t you say?""I may believe in angels, Mulder," she replies tersely, picking up her coat and pursing her lips as she shuffles past him into the hall, "but it’s going to take more than a grainy video to convince me one fell from the Heavens."
