My hoop skirt!!! Made from garden irrigation tubing and $2 shop ribbon! Easy peasy, and no more than $15 all up! :) I looooooooved wearing this, it swishes so deliciously. Made me feel soo Scarlet. Working out how big the hoops had to be was the only time I have ever used maths or pi out of school.
