Okay, okay Shego Danny is old enough to admit that he might be over his head on this one. But, to be completely honest, would anyone suspect this to happen?

Shego dodged to the side of the plasma shot to his head and flipped away backwards from Vlad's or rather Plasmius half hearted attempted shot.

"What a surprise to see you here especially considering no one knows where you disappeared of too, Denia-"

Shego shot Plasmius a venomous glare the whites of his green domino mask narrowing while gritting his teeth. Continuing to flip and dodge around avoiding the burning shots fired at him Shego fired a few green plasma blast's in retaliation.

Should he have thought of back up plans in case anyone from his home dimension ever made it over like Shego Danny had, in the specific case they recognized him? Yes apparently he really should have done that.

"What do you want Plasmius! I swear if you say anything about joining you!"

"Why ever not? It's not that different from what you do now is it!" Plasmius had a nasty sneer pointed at him.

"It's been years after all! Can't you even spare your dear old god father a hello or at least an introduction to your little friends behind you?"

Shego heard sounds of gravel shifting from behind- no wait from above the building then saw the flash of traffic lights colors and red on black Superman logo- Shit!

Danny hissed clutching his right side in pain. Shego got hit and now two young justice twerps showed up, damn if there's two then the rest are in the area, fuck!

Danny really should have had a back up plan.

Death of your values and destruction of yourself

"Well would you look at that. The little robin tumbled out of its nest has it?" Shego's voice echoed playfully in the warehouse.

Robin jumped slightly, almost unnoticeable. flinching? No, he didn't just flinch he jumped. Shoulders tense already in a battle ready stance.

Danny paused in his approach. His head tilting because, Just what in the ancients names was he wearing and why was it familiar? That armor those colors that copper orange covering half of it.

What was up with Robin?

While Shego was busy wracking his mind about what could possibly have happened in the short amount of time he had left. Robin was subtly looking around but flinched when the wooden boards creaked from under Danny shifting his weight.

He hadn't just flinched in surprise but he jumped in what, fear? Of him, since when? " The glorified green secretary? " The Titan brats called him that so often that even the press picked it up! He was a highly qualified respectable henchmen!

Shego jumped down from his previously hidden perch atop the wooden crates. Coming out of the shadows behind Robin.

The kid's tense shoulders tensed even further quickly twerling around birdarangs no X's flying at him! Shego ei Danny dodged quickly. Ducking his head and got closer instead of away from Robin.

Shego who used to be Danny phantom. The phantom menace and a teen ghost hero immediately knew that something was seriously wrong with Robin. Something was up with the bird brat.

Because Shego would also behave like that when the status quo changed. When the status quo with roughs changes and suddenly all the shaky unsaid rules with roughs change.

Heroes and villains dance a dangerously deadly delicate tango with each other.

So when the villains suddenly start doing the macarena together you know shits about to be, well weird if not deadly.

And it's when Shego's countering Robins high kick that he finally recognizes just what it is the kid is wearing. The whites of shego's mask narrow and just for a second his grip on the teen fist hardens. For the split second it does Shego pulls the kid close to his face. Both of their white slit mask covered eyes meet.

It's a mother fucking Deathstroke mini suit. Danny feels like he's about to burst a fucking vain.

" Kid do you have any idea about what that suit means? " Shego says it calmly, levelled. He doesn't shout in his anger but oh how Danny desperately wants to.

The child remains silent but he has stopped his fighting to get free. It's quiet for a beat and when it's clear Shego won't get an answer.

" It means destruction Robin, It means death."

When asked why he doesn't display the same level of power as he did against Trigon, Shego Danny says the more power he brings forth, the closer he gets to being dead. It's true from a certain point of view

Shego was't surprised at the teens dumbfounded expressions. It truly filled him with such glee as their faces twisted with the donning realisation.

Ever since it got out that ''Shego used to be a hero'' the comments about him " joining the good side again" had ramped up!

'"Oh Shego join us and use your powers for the good"' or a remixed version of "'you have such power but you use it for evil"'. Danny had heard it all and it got tiring fast.

So yes Shego would enjoy the horror stricken Faces of the kidi-heros. Because they would. Not. Shut. Up. About. It!

The older heroes had eventually slowed down but not these little twerps. Was it because he held back too much? Should he start hitting them harder so they learned to concentrate on the God damn fight in front of them!?

It had worked great for him so it must be an effective solution!

(He thought he heard a face slap suspiciously sounding like Jazz's echo in the back of his mind.) A quiet swish followed by humming started up, right on que!

"Well brats I gotta go my ride is here and I don't want any of your twerpyness getting on me!" The kids were hit with whiplash by shego's words still and slight guilt.

Aww look at the little baby Heros feeling guilty. Constantly having forced Shego into annoying situations and forcing him into using his powers. How cute they are thinking about what they did.

He still wouldn't forget it and he sure as hell doesn't forgive them but they really are just kids. Isn't it practically teenagers' job to be annoying to adults anyway? Ah to be young again. But speaking about annoying.

"Oi, Shego stop standing around and hop on already!" His boss's filtered voice cracked to life in his com and had him flipping backwards in a rather Nightwing-esk maneuver (not that Nightwing existed quite yet in this dimension) and gave the kiddos a final wave goodbye before jumping on the revving motorcycle his boss drove. Robin looked even more shocked as the bike shot off.

Danny sighed slightly, apparently his boss still loved a flashy exit! The red helm should really have tipped him off about his dramatic nature or the heads in the duffle bag thing a while back. Or maybe future, that was the thing with interdimensional hopping!

Now what he really wanted to know was how much Red hood was going to pay him in compensation for helping out. Because the annoyances Shego would get for "helping" were going to cost Red hood dearly. Mark his words.

"Oh stop being pissy Shego."

"Fuck off Hood you aren't the one that will have to deal with the hero's and their savior complex constantly now." The laugh Danny got in return just cemented his hatred for his boss. :D

Shego is MIA. It's been three weeks of no news of him.

The heroes haven't seen Shego (Danny) for weeks. No one was a clue as to where he is. Even the villain he currently works for doesn't know.

He just disappeared after a minor fight. The conclusion is that he somehow got taken after the fight. There are enough people who would be interested in a meta with his skill set and abilities even his gene's, plenty who would use force for recruitment.

... ... ...

Danny did not in fact get kidnapped for recruitment or get his genes stolen. No, Danny is simply enjoying his well dicerved beach VK! California was treating him well indeed.

Even if the two Chaos shits Dan and Ellie had forcefully tagged themselves along. Ugh, you'd think the universe would give him a break from all the babysitting.

Danny sure was glad that he finally used those vacation days.

He'd prepared everything so nicely before leaving, the little fight before leaving even. It turned out okay, he had even been at the airport in time! He had made sure multiple times that everything would be fine with his boss. They had discussed it at length over email! Wasn't he just so responsible,ha, take that Jazz his plan worked out just fine.

His plan had not in fact "turned out just fine." As Danny would later find out when he accidentally crashes his own villain funeral.

Fuck. He wanted his vacation back.

Shego Danny and the Robin and Deathstroke debacle pt2

Shego never felt guilty about leaving behind a dimension after he was done with it.

his family needed to survive. Shego could - would never regret the things he did to keep his family alive. Shego couldn't regret or allow himself to feel something like guilt.

But right now facing Robin? Teenage Robin who still has baby fat clinging to his face. A child dressed up in Deathstroke's colors and suit like some sick claim on a soldier?

Danny could and he did. He can't protect everyone in every dimension. He would absolutely fail miserably.

Shego might not allow feelings of regret but fury? Fury he did allow.

And there is no fury like that of a long dead ghost. Deathstroke was going to get it because no one, absolutely no one was allowed to do this in his territory to his baby heroes)
