@DaPaoloSG’s Rucola e Crudo🍕 Simple but superbly done. Mouthwatering strips of 24-month aged parma ham and shaved parmesan. I’m usually more a Neapolitan #pizza guy, but this was still pretty tasty! Gluten-free pizza option available too. There are a couple of MUST-TRIES at the new @DaPaoloSG Gastronomia at @GreatWorldSingapore—it’s right by the Kim Seng Road drop-off point. If you manage to pop by in the day, their 🌟Salami & Sundried Tomatoes #Panini ($18, with choice of side) from the Buongiorno Day Menu (11am-5pm, weekdays) is just SO GOOD! Seemingly small package, but oh-so big on flavour and in the texture department. Toasty, crisp-crusty and fragrant focaccia bread gives way to sweet caramelised onions, perfectly oozy provolone cheese, that rich, deep flavour of salami, lifted by a very appetizing sundried tomato mayonnaise.
