i always liked eclipse as a concept, he works as such a good foil to shadow, but for various reasons in-and out of people's control i always felt his plot/design where off. not exactly just a redesign, drawn with my idea of how his story could be, my ideas are either more or less complex than the original but it's made my sister real excited when talking about them so im doing something right

I think all eclipse the darkling fans and people who ship shadow with other characters need to have eclipse meet shadow’s partner.

The obnoxious brother-in-law from Hell.

Complains about every little thing about said partner. Their cooking, house decor, looks, life choices.

Keeps telling shadow he should do better and talks shit to him too.

Invites himself over and breaks and steals shit.

Let’s the dark arms roam around the partner’s house and destroy everything, and he doesn’t pay attention to them and just complains there’s no coffee that HE drank the rest of.

It doesn’t matter how nice or rude the partner is. He will be a complete asshole.

He comes over every other Tuesday and does it all over again.
