I’ve been scavenging in the oldest rwby content I could find and finding this blog makes me both sad (because I’m practically finding a abandoned chocolate factory with dozens of chocolates I’ll soon or later finish, making me sad since this fun ride isn’t continuing) and happy (because I have lots of chocolate)

What if Dedede is related to the ancients, Hear me out in this one We’ve seen Dedede use magic like electrokinesis, create high teach like Masked Dedede hammer,the Kirby printer and all of those Giant Dedede robots which includes HR-D3 (by official sources like dedede diary) and HR-D3 is obviously a Halcandrian/Ancient creation and the ancient artifacts he has like the Masks of dark bonds,the dark nebula chest,the star road with the fountain of dreams and Masked Dedede mask (yes the mask is magic)

And dedede has shown to be able to use the Star road as well

Dedede is one of dreamland most powerful beings and is constantly posses by a dark matter and relatives (and has a dark matter in a chest) so maybe the reason of he’s possessions is because he’s related to the ancients

And dedede also seems to know a lot about this monsters (especially Nightmare and dark matter) which he actively tried to stop

If Kirby is a reincarnation of Void what better than a descendant of the ancients to be he’s rival like makings things up for what those before them did to each other sides
