Tonight's elixir is this not-so-simple #cocktail is heavy on rum reaching near-diabeties proportions while I try to clear out the bar. And, if I happen to bartend an event you attend and order this drink... I will beat you down!: Zombie 1.00 oz. light rum 1.00 oz. gold rum 1.00 oz. dark rum 0.50 oz. apricot brandy 1.00 oz. crème de banana (substituted with orgeat syrup) 1.00 oz. pineapple juice 1.00 oz. lemon juice 1.00 oz. lime juice 0.25 oz. grenadine 1.00 tbsp. brown sugar (optional) 0.50 oz. spiced rum floated on top Paired with leftover chicken empanadas. Drank and dined while watching "Dawson's Creek Season 5" on @Hulu.
