I don't know what the future will hold but I know one thing, NOT GOD, SATAN OR THE ENTIRE EXISTENCE WILL STOP ME FROM EVER PLAYING THESE GAMES FOR MY CONTINUING SELF WORTH OF LIVING ON THIS WORLD AS MY UNDYING PASSION FOR VIDEO GAMES AS AN ART FORM WILL BE MY BIGGEST MOTIVATOR FOR ME TO KEEP ON LIVING!!!!

I was having a perfectly normal, boring day...and then suddenly a teaser for the new Darksiders game drops and I'm just....so goddamn happy right now.

A Samael Analysis from a new Darksiders fan

I must say Samael from Darksiders has gotta be one of my favorite types of villians slowly making their way up to be a final boss of their respective series much like with characters such as Fawful from the Mario & Luigi games, Sho Minamimoto from The World Ends With You, Metal Sonic in the Sonic series & Lord Raptor from Darkstalkers, I love how he's using the horsemen to get his own end goal whatever that is, between making a deal with War exchanging info in return with the mcguffins War offered him alongside getting War to unleash his true nature to go against The Watcher & with Death, he was clearly toying with him in his boss fight, which is really dope btw as it's like a 3D take on Dracula from Castlevania & some of the best boss fights of Darksiders II & also how we technically don't even beat him, Samael just chose to stop fighting & gives Death the key, this right here is telling that Samael might be after the same goal Abaddon did of ruling both Heaven & Hell but unlike Abaddon, he's making use of the horsemen that showed up rather than to just prematurely trigger the Apocalypse & while I have no idea how this'll play out in Darksiders 3, Genesis & the upcoming 4 as of this moment Samael is still a fascinating character & some of my favorites of this series
