Yokai Watch is fucking awesome

I asked reddit to give me yokai to put in pretty dresses, and here are the results!

Ok quick preface, this was going to be a video for my channel at first. But Apollo is taking more drastic measures in screwing up my day, and my area has become too hot for me to record the audio in a timely fashion. Since I did this prompt thing for Pride, I wanna get it out before the month is through. So, we're doing it old school.

Additionally, for the sake of comedic timing, I'll be showing these from 3rd place to 1st. So without further ado!

In 3rd place with 4 upvotes was @river-tides (who is also an artist, check out her stuff. :3c) who wanted one of the kyubi variants. I chose Darkyubi, who she wanted to see die on the inside in response!

The reason I chose darkyubi was simple. I headcanon darkyubi as a girl, making her the only girl on this list! XD

I drew her dressed up as Rosalina, since I've drawn Kyubi dressed as peach! (Guess I'll have to do Frostail as Daisy at some point.)

Next up was u/Rein_Deilerd also with 4 upvotes, they wanted Zomboy looking pretty and happy! Found this little piece on @lolita-wardrobe 's page, and u thought it suited him!

And finally, my personal favorite submission of the bunch.

I expected someone would suggest Sproink, and was prepared to put lipstick on a pig. u/FinancialPrompt1272 outdid that by a *mile.* and I salute them.

I got a few more questions if that's alright, regarding the hard-core au!

1. Is Yokai fusion still a thing or is it a taboo? (Whisper and Jibanyan's fusion, Thornyan, Baddinyan)

2. Does Hailey still have her detective agency with Whapir and Usapyon? Is Whapir any different?

3. Would Nate still interact and help out with the war between Arachnus and Toadal Dude?

1: fusion is the same as ever, however unlike where fusing Jibanyan still gets rid of Roughraff or Coughkoff, Getting Baddinyan and Thornyan doesn’t have any consequences at ALL. So yeah, Nate has the Medals For Baddinyan, Thornyan, Buchinyan, and Jibakoma just… There.

2:Detective Agency still Happens the same way, not much changes about it aside from Hailey actually keeping Usapyon as the Mascot

3:He kinda has to?

At the End of the war, however, instead of Unfairy JUST beating up people, He stalls enough time for Dame Dedtime to… “Make new recruits” out of the generals and their Lackeys.

When you fight Against Unpleasent, you then need to fight Shadow Venoct to free Venoct.

When you fight Untidy, you then need to fight Darkyubi to free Kyubi.

When you fight Unkaind, you then need to fight Toadal Demon to free Toadal Dude.

When you fight Unkeen, you then need to fight Arachnevil to free Arachnus.

Variants for a fanmade Puni event based on the 3 great Yokai (Shutendoji, Otakemaru and Tamamo no mae) these were a challenge but still very fun
