I subscribe to the Indoctrination Theory. Everything after you get hit by the beam is a lie… including the relays and normandy landing.
The indoctrination theory does make the most sense (would certainly be more interesting than what we're getting now). Does that mean that he didn't stop the Reapers? Also, how do we see the Normandy crashing if it's not real? Is Shepard having a dream or something about it?
