The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock is easily the superior T.S. Eliot poem.
That’s what I thought the first time I read through them, too, especially with the influence from Dante, since I love The Divine Comedy, but I reread The Waste Land last week and I’ve got to say that I changed my mind. There was so much I didn’t catch before.
