Took those Inktobers of my three characters for Dashinuke, cleaned them up a bit and gave them a splash of colour to see what kind of colour schemes might work. These designs are not locked down by any means so any feedback is welcome.
Inktober 2018 #25: Dashinuke is most certainly a prickly fellow. Got three inktobers done in one day! Phew!
Inktober 2018 day 7: The exhausted prompt seemed like I good excuse to draw my characters Dashinuke and Zzak again. I got this done at like midnight last night haha.
Some brain storming sketches of the Dashinuke trio, including some possible special attacks and attempting to draw them from different angles.
Sketched these up last night, as I finally got out of that art-block I was in. I've been meaning to draw Dashi in some different poses and such, so here is a quick collection of doodles I threw up. I dunno why, but I just love drawing hands all blocky, like they came out of Sonic the Fighters, or something. The one in the top left corner is how I drew him back when I was a kid.
Still in an art-block, so I decided to take an old-ish doodle and experiment with CGing it. The Japanese text came from the wrapper to an inkjet cart I scanned, and there are also doodles of he character from 2003 (the one at the top) and from way back when I first came up with the characters when I was about 7 (bottom). Finally, the title was the same text I made for the previous Dahsinuke pic just transformed a bit. Eh..
Drawn while waiting for a delayed plane a few days ago, on the way back from Orlando, with some of it done when finally on the plane. Dashinuke, whats-her-face from Were-Rabbit, Gir, Spongebob (who is bloody everywhere over there in orlando.), an awful Mickey Mouse, Danger Mouse, and loadsa other junk, including caricatures of people that were sitting around in the same room. Eh.
