Sometimes you can't workout. Sometimes it doesn't fit into your day if other things take precedence. Sometimes you need to let your body rest from working out hard the previous days. Sometimes you need the rest emotionally. Monday was a heavy, heavy day. Emotions were everywhere and tears were shed. By the time I got home, it was all I could do to keep my eyes open. So I didn't. I laid in bed, got up and made dinner then went back to bed. For my mental wellbeing, I rested. Something happened the next day…I missed my workout! Like, I didn't get my fix and now I was jonesin! I busted my ass today, to help make up for yesterday but also because I absolutely love how this program makes me feel. Today, my mind was clear and I was ready to tackle bigger, tougher workouts!
