Date Everything x Reader

How they handle horror

[I was watching some horror stuff, and did this for fun. Now featuring Hank 5! Sorry I forgot to add him 🙇🏼]

[only slight CW for a suggestive joke with the Hanks, but not major]

Timothy-

What he watches- Older horror things that are more aline with a haunted house level of scare. Total light weight when it comes to horror but wanted to give it a try anyway.

How he reacts- Que the cat, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no," sounds. Making biscuits. Nervously making biscuits on any soft surface he can reach. Involuntarily Timmys. He can't help it; it's a defense mechanism. You poor neck- go see a chiropractor because you will have the weight of a catboy clawing up onto your head and shoulders.

Dante-

What he watches- Movie from the early to mid 2000's. He thinks it's a fun mix of some actually scary things with enough cheesey dialogue to balance the mood.

How he reacts- Tries to play it off like he's totally chill like usual, but isn't above admitting a scare got him if it was obvious. You can tell if he gets scared and tries to hide it if a fire is lit- it will crackle a bit when he gets startled.

The Hanks-

What they watch- A classic slasher. They've never really been too big on watching movies, but they ARE all about the EXTREME!

How they react-

Hank 1- Woah, this is rougher than he thought! Still looks fake enough that while he might be tense during the movie, he's able to laugh about it after.

Hank 2- Tries to stay strong in front of the other Hanks. Tries for the first fifteen minutes. As soon as the killer comes out he's hiding behind you, Hank, Hank, Hank, Hank, or a blanket until he thinks it's safe. Still, it doesn't bother him after the movie is done. It was a scary movie, but still a movie.

Hank 3- Hey, he wouldn't mind recreating that one scene. You know the one, *wink, wink*. But, no really, he doesn't know if he could sleep alone tonight. He at least needs someone in the same room. Then again, the killer goes after couples more! What should he do! Help!

Hank 4- Man, this isn't even that scary. It's just sad. Like, all those young adults had their whole lives ahead of them. Now, he needs to go write a different version of this movie where they all get through college- including the killer.

Hank 5- It doesn't seem like it bothers him while you're watching the movie. But, does so many rounds of the house right before bed that eventually Wyndolyn, Curt, Rod, and Dorian are so fed up that they team up and practically carry him back to the closet and tell him to go to bed.

Dasha-

What she watches- very violent horror. It actually scares her.

How she reacts- She still has fun with it. Feels fun to get startled and then be able to laugh at herself. When something does scare her she instantly shoots her arm out in front of you. It's like she's trying to protect you from something that was going to pop out of the screen.

Nightmare-

What she watches- very violent horror. She thinks it's funny.

How she reacts- Doesn't flinch. Might even chuckle here or there. Mostly, she watches to update some of her material. Watches them with you specifically to see what will unnerve you.

Arma-

What she watches- She doesn't. If she gets startled, and especially screams, it sets off her alarm. Seeing as she doesn't want to scare the whole house, she just keeps her distance from them.

- Early 30's

- Would watch make-up videos with Barry,

- Latino, litteraly, he was made in Spain, (edit, apparently he's from Iran...)

- Loves to help others look the Best they can,

- A fireman(or woman) of the house,

- Has a beef with Dante,

- Sometimes her voice gets raspy from her smoke hair,
