Okay, hear me out for this Date Everything AU.
What if, MC is a serial killer/cannibal au.
They were trying to get a normal job after almost getting caught for kidnapping and or murder. Way too close. But they had a solid resume. Sam could also be their helper, being either a mutual criminal that helped forge MC a new identity and job for customer service like at the start. But, obvi after AI took that last ditch effort, they might be contemplating on just going about their old job of selling human meat on the dark web.
Until the random message they got from Thiscord that resulted in them getting their hands on the Dateviators.
My first thought for this concept is the crawlspace being a dump space for past victims. Graveyard shift at Freddy's style. And their office is where they usually do their online dealings and/or plannings on the dark web. A lot of backup, throwaway, burn devices are stored in the bottom drawer. Mayhaps a gun or knife too.
The attic being where they usually keep their victims? Not a lot of memories except from old ID's and fake documents from many past identity changes.
Don't know how the dateables will act in this AU. Maybe more wary, scuffed and abused without MC realising because; they were just objects to them at first before getting the Dateviators. Able baring knife scars from MC's butchering, Sin Claire seeing so much blood down the drain, Tyrell being covered with blood splotches, Cam receiving many rotten organs and Freddy storing meat and such.
That's all I have unfortunately, I don't know if I'll extend this any more but like- there's a chance since I like thriller-esque AU's. Like how my FNAF:SB Mafia AU and Erased Wonders AU (Twisted Wonderland) got their own A03 fics. Both are still ongoing. Sorry for the shameless plug but I am very proud of those two. Speaking of fics, if there are people wondering if I will actually write a fic about this... maybe, but with so many characters? I'm afraid I might not do them justice unless I get some help and suggestions. I might dissolve some into bg characters like in my FNAF Mafia AU fic. Most of my works are OC/Sona-esque, and I'm doing my best to incorporate my Date Everything Sona into the game rn.
But as of now, very unlikely because AGAIN there's so many characters and I don't have the heart to leave any out because someone is still another's favorite no matter how underrated they are, and I don't want to hand out said characters if I write them wrong or not enough.
I am actually playing the game right now! I've only romanced a few of them, around ten or slightly more only because- well this is the FIRST game I actually got on my own and trying to playthrough it without watching someone else play it. So bear with me. I'm still getting to know each and every one of them. I've never been able to play any games ever aside from flash games and mobile games. I never had any consoles ever growing up and certainly not now with how expensive they still are. And I'm playing this on a shitty laptop that's only supposed to be used for 3D modelling and assignment. But I don't even think this laptop can even handle that because I likely got scammed.
But yeah, that's my AU. Butcher Everything. Lol no, that's a joke.
