Date idea: they pick you up from your place and you get drive through smoothies, you share one or you both get your own. Whatever floats your guys’s boats. You then drive through the scenic routes in your city, talking, listening to music, having a good time. They bring you both back to your place and they kiss you goodnight.

I feel like I’m in a world around heteros. I see all these lesbian couples online and I’m like bitch where you find them at, where do I need to move to. lawl.

Dating World

Heres an update - I recently decided to enter the foray of the dating world after a long hiatus from it as I thought it was the right time to dip my toes in even tho i still dont exactly know what i want.

 I think for context its best to note that I signed up to tinder in guy form searching for males and females (I'm bi) and to Grindr in girl form but noting that I didn't live fulltime as a female.

Here are my observations:

1. What is it with guys and their obsession for pics?? I mean I get that guys are more visual but seriously? Most lines are like "Do you have more pics?" Or "What's your instagram?" And I'm just sitting over here like can we please just have a normal conversation? And they get so butt hurt when you don't send them or when you don't send a nude.

2. They are so pushy and it's like chill, I have known you for 5 seconds and I'm at work so I can't reply instantly to your every message. I don't know if they are insecure or what

3. So many gay guys are like over the top high maintenance drama queens who are super cocky and want to be pampered to the ends of the earth. So many times it's like "Maybe you could by me a drink or dinner sometime" and I'm like who even says that lol who asks someone to pay for their date. I never expect someone to pay for me on a date. Go pay for your own.

4. Dick Pics - I'm putting this here not because i didn't expect it but because it boggles my mind that guys think it's appropriate and that it's going to work in a positive way and that I'm somehow going to be turned on by it lol it actually blows my mind.

5. Where are my straight acting guys at?

6. For the most part Girls are a god send. I feel like there is less sifting to do because girls generally aren't there to screw around with pics and to talk about sex. They are genuinely up for an intelligent conversation.

7. Internet dating is a minefield that you need to navigate through for a while to find the good eggs.

I will keep you guys updated but that's what I have observed so far. Hopefully I'll report back with better news!
