VANESSA KIRBY AS JOSÉPHINE DE BEAUHARNAIS Costume designers: Janty Yates and David Crossman NAPOLEON (2023)
Doubtless most of my fellow PHMmies have already seen this, but in case you haven't, here is Mythbuster Adam Savage and the costume designers from PHM, Glyn Dillon and David Crossman, discussing the red EVA suit.
Besides some lovely images of the suit and details, they also mention things like how the mission patch had to get legal clearance to show national flags, and what the fictional aerospace company names in the film come from.

George McKay in 1917 (2019). The costumes were designed by David Crossman, who was born in London, and has 34 costume credits, from 1997 to Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker. His other notable credits include the military costumes for Saving Private Ryan, The World is Not Enough, three Harry Potter films, The DaVinci Code, the military costumes for Robin Hood (2010), Malefecent, and Star Wars episodes VII and VIII. David frequently works with costume designer Jacqueline Durran, who has 27 designer credits, including Beauty and the Beast and Little Women.
For a time, there was a choice as to whether DJ was going to be established in the casino or the jail, and thus whether he should be in a disheveled Star Wars tux or be his own character, with his own look, from the beginning. The jail look was probably better, because it contrasts more with his disguise as an Imperial officer. – David Crossman, Costume Supervisor
