Do you think that when Assan is being incredibly fussy and won't eat what Davrin feeds him once he switches Assan to a more balanced diet (thank you Taash) that Davrin just gives up and does the whole bit where you make the eating fun? Like he puts on a whole funny high pitched voice, "here comes the special truffle assan, open wide"

And Assan being a the cat bird thing he is, eats that shit up because "yes, famther, I do wish to consume the special truffle" and every time Assan experiences betrayal because that was not a truffle but then Davrin starts the whole pantomime over again and Assan is like "a special truffle, for me??🥺🥺"

I'm glad I got a little bit of interaction with the Veil Jumper Rook x Davrin post. I genuinely like hearing about other people's Rooks while I'm trying to sort through mine lol. And mostly because it's helping avoid the millions of plot bunnies Davrin has been giving me. It's legitimately insane, I note down blurbs in my notes app for one shot ideas or things id like to explore. For shipping content alone I have like 9 fic ideas outside of the Armageddon Game AU.
