As Sani looks around he finds that he is in a cage of sorts with multiple floors.

“Angelo I think we have company! Turn those diy videos you watch off!”

“Yeah yeah! I’m coming down.”

There’s footsteps and three winged folk come down the stairs. The small child waved at Sani.

“Hi!”

There is a small child with blond fluffy feathery hair and little fluffy wings on her back chirping at the corkatoos, trying to give them seeds.

*One of the corkatoos is flying around, while Oliver politely pecks at the seeds. Mateo hums as he enters the room, but pauses as he sees the child.*

Oh, hola chiquita, I didn’t see you come in! …Are you having fun with the corkatoos?

Eddie walks up to the attic looking for Dawn.

"Hey, Dawn? Wanted to see you again. Been awhile."

He's in a pretty dress, and has new featurs.

Four corded wire tails with plugs at the tips, copper metal wings with matching antlers. Both have silver tinsel draped over them. He also has a teal eye and a shining pure copper eye.

His hair is also longer and in a half up pony tail.

He is definitely different.

Dawn was in her micro space of the attic setting up a child’s room of some sorts. She was slightly caught off guard by his new appearance. “Woah. Is that you Eddie? You’re gorgeous.”

*A familiar melody carried up the stairs.*

“Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful…”

*Carrying a bundle of Halloween decor, a downy drifter kneels in front of Holly’s box with a quiet huff.*

“And since we’ve place to go, let it snow, let snow, let it snow…”

*They falter. They can’t seem to return things to their proper place…*

Dawn looks up from her book on bird care. “Tipp? Is that you? It’s been a while since you’ve last been in the attic. I do hope the rest of the house is treating you right. And you’ve been remembering to care for your wings.

*There’s a knock at the attic door.*

*Before it’s even fully open, she can see him. The water washes away the tears, but his face says everything his words can’t — whether it be that no words could explain, or the burning of his throat.*

*All he can force is a pitiful…*

“Please…”

“Help.”

“Oh Simon. What happened?” She gently pulled Simon into the attic and to her nest where she wrapped a blanket around him.

Duvet has found the tearotts and is trying to goad them into playing

A little inanimal bird made up of feathers and pillow stuffing has taken an interest in some of the makeup bottles, specifically the noise they make when knocked over.

[Barry immediately coos over the little bird, even as he rights some of the bottles.]

Oh, look, Muse! A little friend! Careful now, darling, some of those are fragile!

[MBM, the beauty blendbird, makes a soft beep, googly-eye looking out at the readers as though staring into the camera.]
