I’m so excited for this comeback it’s so close !!!! I’m so excited to hear kick it as well, they included a snippet of the song in their chart show the other day and from what I can hear it sounds hella good ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ also hyuck is cutesy being in the universe you can’t convince me otherwise. haechan just genuinely brings up my mood whenever I’m upset, truly grateful for that!!! today I was really sour about something but I just listened white night and I felt better!!!! Some Italian words || 100daysoflanguages 54
Learn 15 words. Here 15 nice words and/or hard to translate. We decided to put images with meanings and only add links/curiosities or more explanations to introduce them:
- CUOIAIO: Also one of the few Italian words that contains almost all the vowels (except the “e”, in this case). A common word that includes all the vowels is “aiuole” = flowerbeds. :
- BASTA: Exclamation/Interjection. Check here.
- FREDDOLOSO: In winter you have cold feet, you need to wear two sweaters and stay inside with your blanket on
- ABBIOCCO: Especially common among the more young people, but nowadays used by almost everyone (especially during Christmas holidays.. who knows why lol)
- APERICENA: The aperitif/happy hour served with sweet and sour foods + drinks that might preceed dinner or substitute it.

- STRUGGIMENTO: Also as “grieving for a loss”, torment, ache:
- MENEFREGHISMO: Considered one of the weirdest Italian words. If you’re a “menefreghista” means you don’t care about your own duties and/or other people too:
- ROCAMBOLESCO: French concept, born from the adventures of Rocambole, a fantasy character invented by the author Alexis Ponson du Terrail in the 19th century:
- MERIGGIARE: Especially used in hot summer afternoons, when you feel like sleeping after having had a good lunch:
- PANTFOLAIO: Pantofole = slippers -> pantofolaio = he who wears slippers
- DIETROLOGIA: The polemic tendency to give to public facts different/more hidden or even secret reasons. “The belief in hidden”:
-TRASECOLARE: To boggle, be astonished/stunned (especially in a negative way):
- MOZZAFIATO = “breathchopping”, basically.
- QUALUNQUISMO: political apathy. A qualunquista has an attitude of distrust, skepticism and apathy towards politics, despite this word might be found also in other context.
