happy anniversary, Dayon Tribe - and, coincidentally, Pi Day! to celebrate here’s a couple of cute dorks catching up over pie (today also happens to be White Day but I couldn’t quite work that in. we’ll just say the pie’s white chocolate flavoured ok)

Discussion: Dayon Tribe

Speaking of Dayon tribe, isn’t it implied that everyone in the tribe was once “normal” like the Matsus? Imagine if Dayon girl (let’s call her “Dayoko”) decided to stay in the tribe for a reason similar to Choromatsu’s - she felt like she couldn’t make it in the “real world.” That would explain why Dayoko was so insistent that Choromatsu leave the tribe. She SAW herself in him.

Now imagine what an impact Choromatsu’s (and the other two brothers’) departure had on the tribe. Perhaps it caused them all to rethink their lives. Imagine if Dayoko decided to finally leave the tribe as well. Would she look for Choromatsu? Would she thrive in the “real world” after being part of the tribe so long? Would she remember who she was? (And what would she look like if she was less Dayon-ish?)

Just some thoughts.
