Today I am exhausted. I am emotionally worn down. I’m not sure if its the fibromyalgia flaring up, or just the pain from the degeneration in my lower spine...I don’t know if it’s the depression, or the anxiety, but what I do know is that I am worn down.

I want to exercise. I want to be able to keep working on my physical health, but for the last 3 days I have been in so much pain that I am completely unable to do more than barely move around my house.

Some days I have to remind myself that I am happy to be alive, and happy that I get to wake up my beautiful children and see their smiling faces.

Sorry, I just needed to vent for a single moment.
