1. Favourite book?  'Flowers from the Storm'

2. The last TV show you watched? 'Walking Dead' Did you like it? Not really, it was a recorded episode and its one that has the Governor reverting to his dependably psychopathic behavior.

3. How to recognize trees from quite a long distance?  Only certain ones.

4. What is the meaning of life?  Love. Agape love, romantic love, filial love.  It is what makes every thing we do worth while.

5. In what country would you like to live now if you had the opportunity?  Even if I grumble occasionally I feel that the U.S. is the place for me.

6. Why you joined Tumblr? I was following 'The Lizzie Bennet Diaries' and it was interacting through every type of social media.  I broke down and got a Tumblr and a Twitter account.  Twitter I couldn't care less about but Tumblr, oh, glorious Tumblr...

7. Last song you listened to? Pink's 'Try'.

8. In what reenactment would you like to participate?  Uh...gee...um...I'm totally ignorant and unskilled in that but if I magically had the skill and stamina, I think The Battle of Grunwald would be fascinating.

9. What’s first? The egg or the chicken?  Chicken...an egg can't create itself!

10. Republic or Monarchy?  A republic, definitely.

11. Favourite beverage?  I don't really have one but I love to start my day with a hot cup of coffee.

Rule 4: Let them know you’ve tagged them Questions: 1. Where are you from (country)? Well, I was born in Germany but have lived almost my entire life in the United States.

2. If you could live in any other century, what would it be?  Hmmm, as enchanting as I find aspects of earlier times, the truth is I don’t think I’d want to live in another century.  The prospect of living without modern conveniences (flushing toilets, clean running water, etc.) and antibiotics is pretty daunting, not to mention the social limitations to all sorts of people is not something I’d handle very well, I’m afraid.

3. What was/is your favourite subject on high school?  I loved art of all kinds. :o)

4. Which fictional character would you like to be your roommate?  Elizabeth Bennet!! :D

5. Did you have any New Year’s resolutions? No, because I’m dreadful at goal setting.  I have to sneak goals on myself, telling myself they’re no big deal even while I strive to accomplish them.  LOL

6. What’s your dream job?  I think working as a textile historian/preserver would be awesome or to work costuming period films.

7. Favourite movie?  Oh, geez.  Um.  ‘The Quiet Man’ is pretty high up there.  And ‘The Princess Bride’.

8. Best concert you’ve ever seen(/heard)?  I’ve been to so few...none of them earthshakingly wonderful in my memory.

9. Are you left-handed or right-handed?  Right-handed.

10. Why are you on Tumblr (or, how did you end up here)?  I first came to Tumblr because I was following ‘The Lizzie Bennet Diaries’ on all the social media sites.  I’ve been sickeningly addicted ever since.  Send help.
