Sunday 9 mile Long Run. Easy run except for 1 massive hill 😅 definitely flew back down it though 🤣 pb 10k Knocked 2 mins off prev 💪
Soo just a quick update .... I have been running .... I know I disappeared from from here for a bit but I have been regularly updating my insta..... Current Long Run Distance is now 12 miles! 💪 Here is a snippet of what I've been upto 🥰
Over 2 Months Smoke Free 💪 eating/drinking better, doing Yoga and Starting my Strengthening to be able to run again .... Feeling really good ☺️ may see how my hips cope with a short jog soon 🤞

Strength and Core Exercises Tonight ( Green Band 3rd Resistance) (60 mins) -
Lateral Banded Walk - 3 sets of 15 Steps both ways
Banded Squat with Leg Lift - 3 sets x 20 Reps each side
Banded Star Jumps - 3 x 60 secs
Banded Plank - 3 sets x 10 Reps each side
Step ups (on sofa) - 3 x 2 mins
Sit Ups - 3 Sets of 10
Still working on getting my back straight but it's so hard when I don't have a mirror to see myself
