If Vegeta was sick: Goku: Vegeta, don't worry, everything will be fine, I'll take care of you. Vegeta: STOP TREATING ME LIKE A BABY, KAKAROT!! But thanks anyway. If Goku was sick: It would seem that Vegeta doesn't care, but actually he does and is always on alert in case something is wrong. He always keeps an eye on Goku.
