So I'm gonna squee about a few things because I'm trying to hold on to this thing that is probably pride but who knows yet
I had a really solid first official evaluation at work! I'm so happy I made such an important career change. It's rewarding and fulfilling and I feel appreciated. Wow.
I'm proud of my progress with therapy. I'm using skills automatically. I bounce back from problems and even crises easier. I'm starting to feel some self worth. I really really enjoy group and getting to relate to others' experiences.
I have a lot of important people in my life that I'm working towards genuinely appreciating and that feels tangible right now. Fixing how I have relationships has been urgent for a long time. Progress feels good.
More than anything I'm writing this for the bad days which I know will come again. You'll get through whatever challenge comes your way. Recovery isn't linear. Be patient with yourself. This too shall pass. You're worthy of love and loving yourself.
