im watching some dbt video abt the Levels Of Validation? or whatever. and... i hate it its. i mean. its probably healthy or whatever. but all the explanations just had me going IM SO BORED LIKE I KNO I DONT RLY APPLY THESE TO MYSELF AND CANT RLY RECOGNIZE MOMENTS WHERE THESE NEED TO BE APPLIED IN A CONVERSATION THAT IS SPECIFICALLY ABOUT ME AND SO I NEED TO WORK ON THAT, BUT IM GOOD AT APPLYING THEM TO OTHERS UGHHH STOP EXPLAINING STUFF I KNO, and all the examples of them being used im just internally screaming like GUHHH NO I HATE THIS. THAT MOM IS JUST AN ASSHOLE WHO THINKS ITS ACCEPTABLE TO SAY A CHILD SUFFERING FROM CLINICAL DEPRESSION IS SELFISH, NOOO STOP WORKING THINGS OUT WITH HER STOP CLARIFYING SHIT SHE'LL NEVER CHANGE JUST...
