I just thought of a DP x DC Crossover.

Danny didn't remember what happened entiry, the GIW enforced martial law, which involved rounded up everyone with an ectoplasmic radiation signature.

They announced to the city that if Phantom didn't voluntary give himself up, they would inact capital punishment on the their captives.

Sam, Tucker, Jazz, Valeria, Jack, Wes, Maddie, and the town watched in horror as Danny Phantom changed into Danny Fenton.

However after taking Danny into custody, they didn't follow through on their promise. They executed then in front of their newest captive.

For the next five years they experimented on subject: G.H-001. That is until he finally snapped. That's where everything with blurry, and red, mostly red.

What he did remember was dropping the GIW files on the president's desk during a press conference, it was about the very explosions that Danny caused.

That's when he was approached by Amanda Waller, with an offer. That how Danny became the Commander of the Suicide Squad. It didn't stop Waller from putting a bomb in the based of his skull.

Danny really only allowed it because he thought it would be a quick release of death. At least he thought.

Long story short, he refused to shot a kid, and the next thing he knew was in the morgue. Upon looking into a mirror he saw white smoke billowing out from his headless shoulders, there were blue wisps coming off of it, and there was a glowing green star for his eyes.

Amanda eventually found him after a year, his head had grown back in that time, and Danny had reunited with his now ghost love and his clone daughter.

The offer was the same, work for Amanda to shave off his crime record, which would double to keep his family safe.

Withness to say Danny had employment for the rest of Waller's life.
