Saw people (a single person on Reddit, really, but surely a few other people share that sentiment) say the the comic's version of Billy Hayes/Harm is better than the cartoon version. I don't really understand that. I love comic Harm, but he's a completely flat character who has no personality beyond being evil and making bad puns. The cartoon version is pretty much the same, but actually shows a little complexity as a character.

part of me wants to make an 'edit'/amv/mad for Harm/Billy Hayes. Problem is my editing skills are rusty as hell and I am lazy as hell. Look forward to it if it ever ends up happening

100% they would get on each other's nerves incredibly and they wouldn't be able to function as a team, but their shared hatred for Young Justice keeps them together
