Used and new books arrived while I was away in London for work. Very excited for these, though Full Moon I already read digitally.

First delivery for April is the largest I’ve had in a long time lol so with Right Stuf Anime closing, and being familiar with InStockTrades, I found out about IST’s sister site “Discount Comic Book Service.” Their pre-order prices were amazing and everything was packed with such care! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I’m basically at the end of FF7 Rebirth (which I’ve been loving), so I’ll be ready to jump into this stack this week. 😊

WK1 Exploration: Start A Blog & Tell A Story
Before I started Full Sail I felt quite lost. I had always thought I wanted to go to school to study law, or at least some form of general education. But then, during a time I felt most stressed, I remembered what made me happy; film. Because of that reminder, anytime the stress of working to pay bills got under my skin, I went out with my roommate and had amateur photoshoots, and created silly video montages. Because of those experiences with her I grew more and more comfortable with a camera in my hands. And because of this I had a camera with me almost every where we went, allowing my desire for being in the film industry to grow. Finally, after many months of stressing over a balance between my education and what made me happy, I decided to enroll in Full Sail. And ever since then I’ve been pursuing my passion for film and photography through Full Sail’s online DCBS program.

Wasn’t aware #Instagram capped us at sharing 10 pics at a time. When I preordered Fantastic Four: Behold Galactus! from my favorite mail-order service, @dcbservice (Plug! Plug! ), I didn't notice the dimensions or even click in my brain just how massive this book was going to be. Look at it!! IT'S FREAKIN' GIGANTIC (and heavy as hell)!!!! But I cannot recommend it enough if you're a #JackKirby, #JohnBuscema, #JohnByrne or #FantasticFour fan. The artwork really pops on the page, the colors are rich and vibrant and the art looks better than it ever did in the original printed comics. What's even more mind-blowing is just how affordable this is! Retail is only $50, which would be a steal for something of this quality, but you can buy it from #DCBS for $30 (link below) or @Amazon for $50. #Amazon still has it listed as a preorder, so the price might come down after their in-stock date of 9/11. #dcbs #comics #comicbooks #art #comicart #comicbookfan #comicgeek #comicbookgeek #originalart #books #Marvel #MarvelStudios #marvelstudiostenyears #marveluniverse #marvelcinematicuniverse #TheThing #MrFantastic #MisterFantastic #InvisibleWoman #HumamTorch #Galactus #SilverSurfer #cosmic #superheroes #superherocomics #marvellegends #marvellegendscommunity #marvelfan #Hasbro #toys #actionfigures #toycollector #actionfigurephotography #actionfigurephoto #actionfigurephotos #toyphotography #Snoqualmie #SnoqualmieRidge #Seattle #SeattleWA https://www.dcbservice.com/product/mar180974/fantastic-four-behold-galactus-hc http://a.co/d/3qmukZk (at Snoqualmie Ridge) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnqTe5NnnC0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=nimnaz7fxa08
Family Preservation Efforts, Orphan Sunday 2017
Written By: Heather Sewell Since January 2017, Jefferson county volunteers have been on the front lines preventing fatherlessness through OCA Gateway. Nearly 40 needs have been met for Louisville families. This year, a volunteer provided a washer and dryer for a single mom who had been washing her family’s clothes in the bathtub. Another volunteer provided extermination services for a single…
