Dude. The Supernatural ep with the cambion kid? SO USEFUL for the SPN/DC crossover I've been wanting to do. It'll actually help explain shit like Cassandra's ability to read people & Damian's insane skills. Fuck, this is gonna be epic. The only issue is whether cambions can make deals. Is their soul even considered a fair trade? Do they even have souls? Cuz I really, really wanted Cass to make a deal... I considered having her demon parent kinda just make the deal happen without all the red-tape hellhound bullshit, but now, I dunno. Do demons favor their cambions? Treat them like a parents treats a favored child, spoil them & give them what they ask for? Or could the cambion powers actually give Cass the ability to bring someone back from the dead without making a deal? I mean, Castiel said that cambions had the ability to destroy the entire host of heaven with a thought, a word; this kid could bend reality effortlessly! So why can't they make someone just... un-die? Then again, even when Jesse undid the damage to the victims of his powers, he didn't bring the dead ones back... Fuck fuck shit. Okay, maybe not that helpful after all. But still kinda helpful! The episode also crushed my headcanon for making half-demon kids, though. I figured, get a demon-possessed body knocked up by a human, or a human knocked up by a demon host, & you've got yourself a bonafide, genuine (half-)demon baby. But this showed a demon impregnating its host from the inside (ewewEW), & that would fuck up Damian's claim to being Bruce's son. He'd be pure Talia, no resemblance to or traces of the Wayne genes. Though, demon-Talia is crazy-obsessed with Bruce. Like, "staked-a-claim, no-making-deals, my-human-my-soul-mine-mine-mine" obsessed (which actually was going to lead to Cass making her deal). Hmph. Sorry bout the plot bunnies & such, but I had to get that out.
