@thebookconqueror I couldn't fit all I wanted to say into a reply so I'll just answer here if that's all right. Okay so basically the questions was how not to be nervous for your dcp phone interview and just general tips. The first two post on my blog right now are the posts I wrote up for the wbi and phone interview. It has a bunch of tips and common questions! So check that out. As for the nerves: jump on a fb group so you can be nervous with everyone else lol I've had 4 phone interviews now and I'm nervous everytime! Luckily Disney hires amazing recruiters that make you feel really comfortable. I honestly have so much fun with interviews now. Don't think of it like trying to impress someone. Think about it as a conversation that you get to have about the thing you love most, Disney! And lucky you, you get to have that conversation with someone who ALSO loves Disney.
