WONDER WOMAN has arrived! So let’s talk about her. She is beautiful. Lori (on Flickr & the Veni Vidi Dolli blog) thinks the doll is prettier than the cartoon version and she might be right. I’d also like to note, that she and SUPERGIRL are the only dolls of the whole line so far that have no molded clothes. Again, I wish this was true of all the girls but... *shrug* Her outfit is quite a faithful translation, with only very small details missing. The TEEN TO SUPER doll, however, is a disappointment. For one specific reason: her lower legs. TEEN WW has sculpted socks. Sculpted socks that are clearly visible, even when she is wearing her boots! I hope these lower legs are removable like the previous DCSHG so us customizers have options as we go forward. I really don’t like this. The socks definitely make the look but I would have rather they painted them on or skipped them all together. Otherwise, she is a good doll. Her bust is cast in red, but that is easily hidden under clothes and, thus, not a big deal. The TEEN doll has her earrings – which is cool – and a lot of her major accessories. I haven’t pre-ordered any of the TEEN dolls, but, despite my disappointments, I am still looking forward to getting her. #dcsuperherogirls #dcshg #dcsuperherogirlsdoll #bumblebee #wonderwoman #batgirl #supergirl #cartoon #dccomics #superhero #greenlantern #zatanna #catwoman #katana #dollstagram @mattel @dcsuperherogirls https://www.instagram.com/p/By1KEyipZcK/?igshid=1rfhointymgp7
