Day 21: I’m feeling confident enough to do a keto week. I’m drinking 10ml of ghee with my coffee starting this morning. Previous attempt at keto was a shitshow and a rice less life makes me sad. But this time, I’ll do more of a cycling. Because carbs hold water and don’t let you see your progress, which takes a big bat to your motivation. I’m still keeping it very flexible, not counting any macros. Just calories and keeping it under.
