so i got my game back, but when i try to restore it says connecting for a second and then just takes me back to the screen that says "volume one: the mask maker". I'm so confused because I bought six or seven of the volumes. what do I do to get them back?

Oh yikes, I haven’t encountered this problem so far, so I have no clue how to help you. Maybe try contacting EA’s customer support? Let me know if it gets fixed, okay? Sorry again.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how’d you get past it?

i deleted the cause of death game, but is it not in the App Store anymore? i loved the game and I want to download it again!

Yeah, the game kind of got cut :( What we all think happened was that they weren’t making enough money and were having so many server difficulties that EA just decided to shut it down. They ended it at Vol 16 and removed the game from the app store.

Hopefully, you’ve synced your device with iCloud before? Most devices do this automatically. If so, try going to the app store on your phone and clicking on the “Updates” tab, then the “Purchased” tab. It should be under “apps not on this device” (you may have to search for it). Then, click on the little cloud download icon beside it to re-download it!
