Dear Jasmine,

Hello! I apologize for this being a little late, but happy late Christmas! When I first was told that I would be your secret santa this year I was 100% thrilled/excited. I'm not good with making graphics like manips and I'm not nearly as creative as half the people in here to make something to blow your socks off. For that I apologize and I also apologize for that SS blog I made. I forgot the password for it after day 2 and I was like "OH NOOOO!" haha. 

Anyway, I'd like to begin by telling you that I think your Roger is absolutely perfect. He's spot on, funny, and the cutest thing to grace the dash. As a character I think he's one of the reasons the carnival holds it together. He brings the joy when everyone is ready to rip their heads off, not to mention he's got a killer smile. Whenever Roger and Jessica interact it is literally one of the happiest moments to me. I am 100% in love with that ship (and that's why I chose to make the graphic the way I did). I hope that you remain in DDC until forever because I don't think anybody could be our Roger Rabbit anymore but you, and besides that, you're also family. Besides Roger, I think that you yourself as a person are a true light. You make me smile even though you don't know it. 

Don't ever forget that my ask box is always open for plots with you ^^. 

I hope you had the very best of holidays and the new year is treating you wonderfully. Again, I'm really sorry this isn't top knotch work but I promise you that it was made with love and excitement. I hope to see you on the dash very soon!

A Guy What Takes His Time || Roger and Jessica

Even when she fell, people still treated her like it was a swan dive deserving of a top score.

When it most certainly wasn't, it was embarrassing. And painful. Especially right now. Her heel had caught in the wood of the stage and had gone out from under her, twisting awfully, making her lose her balance, and she fell hardly missing the piano but still managing to scrape her knee against the edge of the metal that surrounded the leg and she hissed as she hit the floor. 

Her ankle was throbbing painfully and her knee stung; already the music had stopped and the girls were in the wings ready to come out if she needed help -- but they waited to see if she could recover.

No, she wasn't going to be able to recover from this completely but she could try to end it gracefully, It had all happened in a matter of seconds, still enough time. Tossing her hair over her shoulder, she tried to posture herself on the floor to look inviting as she smiled, tilting her head back to arch the long line of her throat as her hair spilled down her back. The relieved sigh through the crowd broke through and they gave her a cheer. Thankfully, the curtain came down as one of the girls rushed forward to take the hand Jessica held up for help. 

"Careful," she said as she worked to get up on her uninjured leg, her injured one giving her a jolt. God, please, don't let her have twisted it. 

"You'll need a bandage or something for your knee," one of the girls commented. Jess looked down to see it was bleeding, red trickling down her shin. "Great." She sighed as she started to hobble off stage. At least she wasn't dressed in the dress she had been a few minutes ago. There was no way blood would have come out of it. 

"Oh," she said as she sat down, wincing at the pain shooting up her leg. "Someone will want to... notify my husband." One of the girls rushed off to do that as she leaned back in the chair. "Go on with the show, I've got it from here."

Do you think that either Rodger or Jessica's room mate will walk in on them one day?

I’d say just lock the door, but the roomies would have the key too. Hmmm. Chances are high. Have fun figuring that one out you two.

How do you think this whole Rodger/Jessica thing is gonna go. Even more so with all the guys eyes on Jessica.

To be honest, not sure. I mean there has to be some grievances they have from being separate for months that they haven’t yet addressed. It seems like a second honeymoon period to me, cute as they may be— it can’t last long. I can’t say I blame all the people with eyes on Jessica though. Even I’d have my eyes on her.

Well, well, looks like the Human Target's stuck between Merida and Jessica. Who would you rather see him with yourself, Snitch?

Can’t they start up a polyamourous relationship and save us all the love triangle? I’m going to pitch a wild one here though— neither. Roger and Tramp. Bingo bammo, something fresh for you all to think about.

WHOA alright. First Merida kisses Tramp while he has a girlfriend and THEN Roger while his ex wife just came back? What do make of all this, Snitch??

Bad luck, mostly. Don’t get me wrong, she should save kissing taken men for when she’s invited to have a threesome, but to be fair— Roger and Jessica were separated for several months, and even I thought Roger was pretty into Merida. But he ended up still caring for his wife, which isn’t really her fault. As for Tramp, well, I don’t know what was going on there but let’s give her her one lucky break here and say that that was just a misjudged happenstance. She’ll eventually find someone that’s not taken to smooch though.
