This guy saw the Knife of Dunwall, the infamous assassin who is responsible for at least dozens of murders of high ranking nobles among many others, who just single handedly took care of his gang leader and broke the previous gang leader out of Coldridge prison to install them again, who just did literal black magic in front of him, and he thought "Yeah I'll antagonize this guy with provocative and emasculating sexual comments, that sounds like a great idea."
